The role supports the Mortgage Loan Annual Servicing Project, collaborates with Securities team on credit profiles, and emphasizes confidential data handling and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college with related degree program.
• Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA.
• Ability to work 38.75 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bloomberg Terminal knowledge preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment division through routine and project-based work.
• Review property performance updates for 500+ mortgage loans.
• Enter reviewed information into mortgage servicing software.
• Assist Securities team with credit profiles for debt issuers.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Analysts and Portfolio Managers on data entry.
