The Investment Funds practice group represents private equity firms and other asset managers in the formation of their funds, GP stakes sales, secondary transactions and a range of other corporate transactional matters. Candidates with experience in fund formation, M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactional matters will be strongly considered.
