Qualifications

• Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
• Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses. Variable Annuity license is required.
• Motivated by commission sales and internal sales competition.
• Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
• Strong coaching and teaching abilities to transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Maintain client relationships and generate referrals from existing base.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate completion of accountabilities.
• Deliver seminars to focus on business development and growth.
