Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
• Coordinate client meetings and provide solutions tailored to needs.
• Maintain relationships and generate referrals from the client base.
• Prepare internal sales and performance reports.
