  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
  • Work collaboratively with client team members to manage projects by defining objectives, making recommendations, and ensuring client deliverables are timely and represent best practices.
  • Liaise with investment managers, custodians, and Mercer experts to gather and clarify client-specific data supporting service delivery.
  • Support investment manager searches, investment structure reviews, asset allocation studies, new business presentations, and other investment-related activities
  • Participate in, or lead, quarterly or ad-hoc client meetings
  • Mentor and teach junior analysts looking to develop their skills
What you need to have:

  • 5-10 years of relevant investment experience
  • Actively pursuing or already obtained the CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM designation
  • Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction
  • Self-motivated and effective in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, dynamic setting
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication, across both traditional and alternative investments
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and market conditions
  • Adaptability and decisiveness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
What makes you stand out?
  • Experience leading relationships with complex clients
