Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; internship suitable for students.
• College students in related degree programs preferred; junior or senior year ideal.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose issues, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants with client reports, projects, and analyses.
• Assist in financial reporting for retirement plans and investment manager research.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients to gather data and tasks.
• Create meeting documents based on standard formats.
• Help craft proposals and build relationships across staff levels.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
