Job summary

WTW is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Investment Consulting team in Chicago, IL. You will deliver strategic investment advice to institutional clients and coordinate with senior staff to ensure high-quality solutions and client experience.

The role offers exposure to investment strategy discussions, relationship management, and progression toward greater client responsibility, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days in office and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Approximately 4+ years of investment-related experience in investment consulting or related analytical environment.
• Progress toward CFA designation is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Consultants and client teams to deliver high-quality investment consulting services.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for select client relationships with support from the team.
• Coordinate client deliverables, ensure on-time, accurate commitments, and quality deliverables.
• Contribute to development and monitoring of client investment strategies and solutions.
