  • Provide clients with knowledgeable and prudent financial advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about investment products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer the most current and effective advice.
  • Develop and present comprehensive wealth management solutions for clients.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with senior partners and other departments to gather information, coordinate meetings, and deliver comprehensive financial planning services.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, tax advisors, estate counsel, and other professionals to implement client strategies effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to continuously enhance client support capabilities.
Operational Excellence:
  • Independently improve and streamline service models and operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide excellent telephone coverage, managing priorities and handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment.
  • Comply with all industry rules, regulations, and firm policies.
Administrative Support:
  • Perform administrative duties such as handling telephones, processing forms, and completing travel and expense reports as needed.
  • Produce reports to support sales efforts and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience in financial services, sales, and support.
  • Must hold Series 65 license
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, M365, and Teams; experience with related technology software and planning tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of investment concepts, practices, and procedures in the securities and insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Charismatic, driven, and financially savvy individual with a passion for client service.
  • Experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Ability to provide high-touch, comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Experience in public speaking and writing on financial topics.

Compensation range: 130-170K base, bonus structure. Relocation assistance will be provided if necessary.
