Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Analyst in Baltimore, MD to analyze and escalate compliance alerts within CRD, collaborating with Trading, Legal, and Investment teams.

You will help ensure regulatory adherence and improve efficiency across manual and automated processes. The role requires a foundational knowledge of investment products, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in investment operations, compliance, trading support, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income, funds, or derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pre-trade, post-trade and batch compliance alerts in CRD to assess permissible activity.
• Liaise with Trading, Legal, and Investment personnel to interpret guidelines and communicate with clients.
• Monitor and manage manual processes not coded into CRD and escalate potential violations in a timely manner.
• Contribute to Global Client Investment Reporting (GCIR) and maintain organized records of reviews, research, decisions, and escalations.
