Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in consulting or related roles in Investment Banking.
Experience on large-scale programs at sell-side institutions with documented delivery success.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Assist senior leaders to drive transformation programs across business, operating model, process, people, and technology.
Develop deliverables like presentations and reports to enable client transformation initiatives.
Conduct data gathering and analysis to inform strategic decisions and planning.
Support sell-side clients in developing future-ready digital assets and market infrastructure solutions.
Understand evolving sell-side trends to design high-impact technology initiatives.
