TwinThread, based in Houston, TX, is seeking an Analyst Engineer to join the Technical Transaction Team in Energy Investment Banking. As an Analyst Engineer, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. You will participate in the "full cycle" of transactional execution and support senior team members across both the A&D and coverage functions. You will play a role in implementing the execution function including working with other A&D and coverage analysts and associates, as well as assisting more senior bankers. You will develop strong functional skills in the major areas of M&A&D investment banking. Working with a broader team in the region, you will be provided opportunities to be involved in real-time transactions that may include travel.
