Job summary

DC Advisory is seeking an Associate to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes. You will learn core investment banking knowledge and develop analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills while potentially creating financial models and preparing client materials.

You will play a critical role on transaction teams, mentoring Analysts and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience.
• SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 exams either obtained or must be taken within 30 days of start date.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role

As an Associate on the team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations and training and managing Analysts. You will be a role model to our Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients. Working Arrangement

Please note this position will operate in a hybrid capacity with four days on-site in our office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home on Fridays

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000 + annual discretionary bonus
