Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analyst in the Consumer & Retail segment of the Investment Banking Division. You will execute transactions, support due diligence, prepare documents, negotiate, and liaise with clients and advisers, while collaborating with product and sector teams.

You will build complex financial models, perform valuations, and create presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, staying informed on market developments and client dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in an investment banking front office or related role.
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and is execution oriented.
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders.
