We are working with a leading investment banking firm specializing in GP and LP led secondaries, seeking an Associate to join their team. This role offers significant growth potential for a motivated individual with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective clients, specifically in secondaries transactions.
2. Analyze financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in deal structuring for GP and LP led secondaries.
3. Build financial models, including LBO and DCF, and fund-level returns.
4. Assist in creating marketing materials, including private placement memoranda and investor presentations.
5. Coordinate investor meetings and respond to due diligence requests.

Qualifications:
