Job summary

Alexander Chapman Ltd. is seeking an Investment Banking Associate in Dallas to join a growing team focused on M&A advisory and client service.

The role exposes you to a broad range of transactions and industries, working closely with senior professionals and clients. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of relevant investment banking or related experience, strong modeling and analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with buy-side and/or sell-side transactions.
• Broad industry exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and strategic advisory transactions from execution through closing.
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations, and other transaction materials.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research.
• Work directly with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.
