Job summary

A leading professional services firm in Farmington Hills seeks an Investment Banking Associate to play a key role in M&A processes. The Associate will work closely with senior professionals and oversee Analysts while developing financial models, executing transactions, and supporting client development. Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience in investment banking.
• Series 7, 79, and/or 63 designations preferred.
• Any FINRA licenses, CFA charters, and other industry-specific designations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of transaction development and execution.
• Develop and present analyses in client meetings.
• Draft information memoranda and management presentations.
• Coordinate and support due diligence.
