Job summary

Stifel is seeking an Investment Banking - Analyst Intern for the Technology, Energy Transition & Sustainability group in Paris. This 6-month internship starts in January or March 2026 and embeds you in pan-European and international growth deal activity.

You will assist in drafting client materials, perform financial analyses and modelling (LBO, DCF, comps), and support execution of transactions with the deal team. Strong English, analytical and quantitative abilities are essential.

• Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies
• Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books
• Performing company's financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)
• Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)
• Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor’s lists, etc.

2. Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern’s work will include:
