Job summary

Bridgepoint Investment Banking in Omaha, NE is seeking an Analyst to join our growth-focused team. This in-office/hybrid role offers hands-on deal experience, exposure to M&A, capital raises, and client interactions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

You will build financial models, prepare presentations, perform due diligence, and support senior bankers across the deal lifecycle. Bachelors degree required, 1–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required in finance or related field.
• 15 years of professional work experience in investment banking or Big 4 accounting (Transaction Advisory Services or Audit preferred).
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal process from origination to execution.
• Develop financial models and presentation materials with Associates, VPs and MDs.
• Support capital raising and M&A transactions with materials and sourcing ideas.
• Participate in due diligence of current and potential clients and prospects.
• Organize and analyze financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations and industry reports.
• Conduct industry and company research and maintain records on funding sources.
• Build prospecting lists for MDs to attend industry events.
