Analysts work closely with senior bankers, build models, conduct research, and prepare materials. Top performers may be invited to stay on for a third year, or promoted to Associate without an MBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or related field is required.
• Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong academic achievement with leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, and financial modeling is encouraged.
