Qualifications

• 2–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform under tight deadlines.
