We are currently hiring analysts across Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Tech & Services groups. You’ll learn by doing, gain meaningful responsibility from day one, and work alongside both junior and senior

Qualifications

• 12–24 months of full-time work experience; investment banking preferred
• SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Finance degree helpful but not required
• Strong analytical, writing and verbal skills
• Proficiency with data visualization / financial modeling tools

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services
• Prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials
• Contribute to business development through research, analysis, and client meeting preparation
• Work side-by-side with junior and senior bankers across stages of a deal
• Utilize AI tools like Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi; employ Power BI to generate data-driven insights for client materials

We are currently hiring analysts across our Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial, and Tech & Services groups.

What You’ll Do

Learn by doing and be trusted with meaningful work from the jump

• Provide analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services


• Work with your team to prepare company valuations, build financial models, and create marketing materials


• Contribute to business development efforts through research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings and pitches


• Work side-by-side with both junior and senior investment bankers, gaining hands‑on experience across every stage of a deal


• Use AI tools like Rogo and auxi to streamline the creation of pitch books and models, and employ data visualization software like Power BI to generate data‑driven insights and reports for client materials

What It Takes

• 12–24 months of full-time work experience (investment banking preferred)


• A proven academic record and a passion for finance (a finance degree is helpful, but not required)


• Drive, resilience, and a strong work ethic


• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative setting


• Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills; relevant software proficiency


• SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or the ability to obtain them quickly)


• Experience with AI tools such as Rogo, CoPilot, and auxi is preferred


• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Compensation And Benefits

• $110,000 - $125,000 annual salary with bonus potential


• Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and/or GIB profitability
