Job summary

Camber Sky Holding LLC seeks an Associate to source, diligencing, and supporting platform investments across a generalist mandate. You will work directly with partners and operating teams from deal inception through value creation.

You will source and evaluate opportunities across industrials, technology, healthcare, consumer, and financial services; lead financial modeling and investment committee materials; conduct market research and diligence; manage processes with operating partners; and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build complex LBO and operating models from scratch.
• Interest in operating businesses beyond finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Generalist mindset with curiosity across sectors rather than deep specialization in one.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or CFA a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities across industrials, technology, healthcare, consumer, and financial services.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping.
• Manage commercial and operational diligence processes alongside operating partners.
• Support portfolio companies post-close on strategic initiatives and value creation plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, founders, and management teams.
