Job summary

Lord Abbett's Investment Associate Internship Program is a nine-week summer experience to launch a career in investment management. Interns rotate within Taxable Fixed Income, Tax-Free Fixed Income, Equities, or Private Investments and gain exposure to portfolio construction, data analytics, and trading.

You will work with seasoned professionals, build cross-team relationships, and participate in training to deepen market knowledge.

• Participate in formal and informal training to expand knowledge.

The Role

The Investment Associate Internship Program is a great opportunity for those seeking to kick-start a career as an investment professional. We view our summer interns as valuable members of our investment teams with opportunities to return as full-time Investment Associates upon graduation. During the nine-week program, interns will experience two rotations within our investment teams: Taxable Fixed Income, Tax-Free Fixed Income, Equities, or Private Investments. Throughout the internship, you will build skills across Portfolio Construction, Data & Analytics, Investment Research, and Trading, while also exploring how Macroeconomic factors influence the markets, all guided by Lord Abbett investment professionals. Interns should expect social interactions with peers as well as networking with senior investment professionals across the organization.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
