GridStor develops, constructs, and operates battery energy storage projects that improve grid reliability and power economic growth across North America, managing a pipeline of over 3 GW of battery storage projects in later-stage development, active construction, and commercial operations.The Investment Associate will work closely with senior deal team members to source, evaluate, and structure potential investments in energy storage assets. Key responsibilities include owning and maintaining financial models for investment opportunities and project financings, implementing improvements to the financial model in line with changing capital markets, managing the due diligence process and third-party consultant reports during financings, and preparing investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee.Additional responsibilities include assisting with development of company standards for quantitative and qualitative analyses to support investment decisions and new market opportunities. The role offers significant responsibility across the full deal lifecycle and exposure to high-profile infrastructure transactions within a growing entrepreneurial energy storage business.
