Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment & Operations Analyst to join our team. This dual-role position bridges the firm’s front-office investment activities with critical back- and middle-office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting deal execution, portfolio monitoring, fund reporting, and operational process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Support (approx. 50%)

• Assist with deal evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, and market research across multiple asset classes.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Monitor performance of portfolio investments, track key metrics, and generate periodic reports.
• Support investment team with data collection, scenario analysis, and benchmarking.

Operations & Fund Administration (approx. 50%)

• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Reconcile capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, and management fees.
• Maintain and improve internal systems for data management, CRM, investor reporting, and performance tracking.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory filings, KYC/AML procedures, and operational due diligence.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in investment management, private equity, fund operations, investment banking, or asset servicing.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with alternative investment structures (e.g., LP/GP, SPVs, feeders) and fund operations.
• Experience with reporting systems such as eFront, iLEVEL, Addepar, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills.
