• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in venture sectors such as software, fintech, healthcare, frontier technologies, blockchain, and AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear investment insights.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and sound investment judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in research and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, intellectually curious, team-oriented, and proactive.
