MAI Wealth Management, Inc. is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Century City team. This role focuses on portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and translating data into actionable insights for Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The Analyst supports Advisors in portfolio construction, reporting, and client requests with precision and quick learning in a fast-paced environment. This position requires five days per week in the office and offers a path toward relevant CFA/ CFP credentials as

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (modeling, data analysis).
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in markets, investing, and wealth advisory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and conduct portfolio analysis across asset classes.
• Review client allocations and draft recommendations for Advisors.
• Partner with Advisors on asset allocation design and portfolio maintenance.
• Prepare client meeting materials, performance reporting, and analyses.
• Maintain data supporting client performance reports.
• Progress toward a credential aligned with research or advising.
