Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years of investment-related experience, DC plan preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Strong ability to compile, analyze, and quality-check data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review performance reports for defined contribution and defined benefit plans
• Support plan reviews, fee benchmarking, and provider RFPs with data collection and analysis
• Maintain fiduciary and governance documentation and review client risks
• Assist with investment manager research and due diligence data gathering
• Coordinate with custodians, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators
• Prepare rebalancing recommendations and meeting minutes
