Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, buy-side investing (public or private market focused), or sell-side research.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess capital structure dynamics, stakeholder incentives, and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on target companies, including primary research, public filings review, and building financial models.
• Assist in hedge construction, scenario analyses, and downside risk assessments.
• Engage with financial advisors, legal counsel, and consultants
• Conceptualize and help execute engagement strategies and value creation plans
• Develop investment theses and present findings to senior investment professionals
• Monitor existing positions and identify trading opportunities based on market developments
