Job summary
HFR is seeking an Investment Analyst in Nashville to support investment research, portfolio analysis, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives. You will analyze hedge funds, private markets, and financial markets while assisting with quantitative research, due diligence, performance analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with executives, research teams, and institutional clients to deliver high-quality insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on hedge funds and alternative investments.
- Analyze managers, portfolios, and fund performance.
- Prepare investment research reports and summaries.
- Monitor industry trends, markets, and capital movements.
- Support portfolio construction and asset allocation research.
- Develop Excel models and analytical tools.
- Create charts, dashboards, and client presentations.
- Collaborate across research, sales, operations, and leadership.
