Verition Fund Management LLC in Dallas is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Financials Long/Short team. The role focuses on fundamental research, modeling, and collaboration with portfolio managers.

Candidates typically have 1–3 years in IB, PE, equity research or consulting, strong quantitative skills, and excellent communication. A discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany the base salary of $150k–$200k.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Research and/or Consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis.
