DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses against real corporate scenarios, verify valuation assumptions, and articulate judgments that teach models defensible finance work.

You will stress-test three-statement connections, validate DCF inputs, and ensure working-capital logic aligns with fundamentals, delivering clear, CFO-ready conclusions.

Job description

Models can build a three-statement model that looks clean and still get the mechanics wrong: a balance sheet that doesn't balance, working capital that flows the wrong way, a circular reference silently zeroed out. Someone has to trace the numbers back through the logic, and that someone is you.

As a Finance Expert you'll evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Compensation

Up to $40 – $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
