Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; internships welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuinely strong analytical ability with numbers.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and planning under pressure.
• Able to manage work across multiple clients and advisors.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical backbone of client relationships, supporting wealth management services.
• Partner with internal client service teams to move requests on schedule.
• Develop client-ready materials covering portfolio performance and cash flow.
• Contribute to asset allocation strategy and trade recommendations with the advisory team.
• Participate in direct conversations with clients and outside advisors as exposure grows.
• Maintain and analyze ongoing portfolio performance reporting.
• Support the execution of investment decisions.
• Assist with longer-term client wealth forecasting.
• Help onboard new clients into the firm's service model.
• Contribute to business development efforts alongside senior advisors.
• Engage in structured mentorship and professional development toward advisory career.
