Atlas Search seeks an Investment Analyst in Parsippany, NJ to build and maintain comprehensive financial plans, and trade client accounts under Wealth Advisors and a Team Lead. The role supports multiple advisor households within a pod structure.

Experienced candidates with people-management exposure can be considered for the Team Lead track, overseeing staffing and workflow within the pod. On-site work five days a week in Parsippany.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in wealth management, financial planning, investment analysis, or performance and portfolio reporting
• Advanced Excel, Morningstar, Bloomberg, YCharts or eMoney experience
• RedBlack experience is a strong plus
• Series 7, Series 65, CFA, CFP or ChFC preferred
• Bachelor's degree in math, finance, accounting or business preferred
• Clear, concise communication with advisors and attention to detail
• Candidates with about 10+ years and prior people-management experience will be considered for the Team Lead track

Responsabilités

• Prepare proposals and portfolio review materials ahead of client and prospect meetings
• Trade client accounts across stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and fixed income, and execute portfolio rebalancing
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, with attention to cash flow needs and tax considerations in client portfolios
• Work side by side with Wealth Advisors and your Team Lead on client and prospect work

A wealth management firm in Parsippany, NJ is hiring an Investment Analyst to join one of its advisor pods. Each pod is led by a Team Lead with two to three analysts supporting multiple Wealth Advisors and their client households. The Analyst works directly with the Wealth Advisor and Team Lead on every client and prospect relationship the pod covers, building the financial plans and trading the accounts.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including retirement projections and cash flow models.
• Prepare proposals and portfolio review materials ahead of client and prospect meetings.

What you'll need

Compensation

$100K to $115K base, depending on experience. Fully on site in Parsippany, NJ, five days a week.
