Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a client-facing role in the Investor Center in the United States. You will mentor clients, perform personalized planning, and grow the business within an established client base using Fidelity’s open architecture platform.

Responsibilities include presenting complex investment solutions, building trust, and contributing to a premier customer experience. Training is provided, with an onsite model rolling out across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in building relationships and uncovering client needs.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed or ability to obtain Series 66 on hire.
• Ability to present complex investment solutions to an informed client base.
• Degree or equivalent experience; CFP or other certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement may help.
• Ability to introduce clients to different investment strategies and grow assets.
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious with strong customer focus.
• Motivated, results-driven, and proactive in exceeding expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with clients to provide mentorship and personalized planning.
• Leverage an existing client base and institutional feeders to expand business.
• Promote Fidelity's brand and financial solutions with a high level of service.
• Present complex solutions clearly and build rapport with clients.
• Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.
