Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accounting required.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience required.
• GAAP and investment accounting concepts knowledge preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile investment partnership books and records for multiple entities; oversee third-party administrators.
• Monitor corporate actions and ensure proper accounting treatment and communication to stakeholders.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, investment, and capital activity; manage cash balances and capital calls/distributions.
• Lead automation and Power BI reporting improvements and process optimization.
• Review investment data and schedules for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Assist in preparing investment performance reports and tax-related schedules.
• Support audit and tax schedules related to investments.
