Offices, Boards and Divisions in the United States government seeks an Investigator at GS-1810-14 to lead internal investigations into sexual misconduct and related retaliation, applying trauma-informed victim-centered approaches.

The incumbent will conduct prompt, impartial, & thorough internal investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct (SM) & related retaliation per Departmental orders & policy. Using trauma-informed methods & best practices in the field of SM, the incumbent will collaborate with components & monitor efforts to ensure that all individuals who are engaged in receiving or responding to reports of SM have received proper training on trauma-informed victim-centered investigatory approaches.
