Job Duties

• Provide investigative support to the attorney and support staff.
• Obtain prior conviction record information from courts and penitentiaries nationwide.
• Collect evidence.
• Locate and subpoena witnesses for trial.
• Secure police officer and law enforcement officials for trial and pretrial conferences.
• Assist in trials and testifying in court.
• Assist in grand jury investigations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of prior law enforcement/investigator experience or combination of education and work experience.
• Preference given to candidates with prior work experience in criminal cases.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
