Job summary

PwC is seeking an Investigations and Forensics Consulting Intern in Los Angeles to support teams addressing fraud, misconduct, disputes, and regulatory matters. Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Entry-level internship; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting forensic investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence related to potential fraud and misconduct
• Participating in compliance risk assessments to identify and manage risks associated with non-compliance with laws and regulations
• Assisting in the development of strategies for fraud prevention and detection to mitigate financial and reputational risks
• Engaging in data analytics to derive insights and support investigative processes
• Collaborating with teams to conduct forensic accounting and financial crime investigations
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC’s practices and methodologies
• Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of regulatory enforcement and corporate governance
• Supporting client engagements by providing assistance in regulatory compliance and governance solutions
• Actively listening and accepting feedback to improve performance and contribute effectively to team goals
