Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist, Investigations and Compliance Specialist in Massachusetts (Andover) with hybrid work. You will author investigations, ensure GMP compliance, support audits, analyze data, and drive process improvements across quality systems.

Requirements: BA/BS in microbiology or related field with 3+ years GMP microbiology experience; strong writing; experience with LIMS/eQMS/GDMS; cross-site collaboration. AI tools awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in microbiology or related field with at least 3 years of GMP microbiology lab experience
• Advanced technical writing skills
• Strong documentation and attention to detail
• Experience in cGMP environments and GMP microbiology investigations
• Experience with LIMS/eQMS/GDMS
• Ability to work cross-site in multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with AI tools to support problem solving and productivity

Responsibilities

• Author high quality investigations within Pfizer quality systems
• Ensure investigations adhere to quality and compliance standards
• Support audits and inspections, coordinate requests and responses
• Perform global procedure compliance assessments
• Review regulatory requirements and compendia
• Collaborate with team members to drive improvements
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and contribute to the team
