Job summary

Qualifications

• Reviews, inputs, organizes, and analyzes information submitted for the Whistleblower Hotline into the division’s electronic case management system.
• Evaluates incoming whistleblower tips, case file documentation, and department responses to determine completeness and risk.
• Maintains organized filing system for open and closed investigative case files.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, edits, and finalizes documents, summaries, memos, and correspondence for investigative operations.
• Collaborates with users to evaluate system functionality and improve operational effectiveness.
• Completes special assignments involving data gathering, interpretation, and recommendations for division managers.
• Triages and prepares information for evaluators and investigators.
• Handles confidential information with care and adherence to program requirements.
• Supports division managers through data gathering and recommendation development.
