Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by BCG, seeks a Consultant to address procurement and supply chain challenges from Day 1, contributing to practical solutions that create measurable value for clients.

You will work alongside seasoned consultants, gaining early responsibility and collaborating across industries, with travel as needed. Open roles are in Atlanta, Chicago, and Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred.
• Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Ideally 1+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.
• Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.

• Deliver end-to-end project work. Analyze procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to implement tailored solutions that deliver real value and results for our clients.

• Work across industries and client challenges. Support organizations across sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products, helping procurement leaders solve today’s most pressing business challenges.
• Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with clients. Contribute to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions while quickly building industry knowledge and developing trusted working relationships with client teams.
• Leverage AI to advance the way we work. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients, while continuously building your fluency with the technology.
• Build knowledge across Inverto. Contribute to communities of expertise, share project learnings, and continue developing your capabilities across procurement and supply chain topics.

What You’ll Bring

• Pursuing an MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred.

For U.S. Applicants

The first-year base compensation for this role starts at $115,000.
