Job summary

GoNetspeed is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to manage material receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and outbound shipping. You will operate forklift, track inventory, and ensure data integrity in the warehouse environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, forklift certification, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse material receiving, inventory scanning, and material tracking.
• Work with local Operations to ensure compliance with material disposition and bar coding.
• Track and report damage or material returns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records.
• Perform scheduled monthly and quarterly inventory audits.
• Perform cycle counts as needed.
• Coordinate forecast of material consumption and backfill orders.
• Outbound shipping coordination and scheduling.
• Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with field resources for material pickup.
• Provide support for facilities and maintenance projects.
