Job summary

Acusensus Australia in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Associate to keep our road-safety hardware moving from dock to deployment.

You will receive, check, and document shipments, pick and pack orders, maintain inventory records with monthly checks, and help design a kitting process to reduce downtime. This is a full-time, on-site role with two years in warehousing and a forklift license required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Inventory and Warehousing or similar role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift licence
• Experience with pallet jacks
• Experience with shipping of Domestic and International small parcels

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and document incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including labeling and coordinating with vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory records through monthly stock checks and cycle counts
• Support production by ensuring stock levels align with schedules, and help design and implement a kitting process to reduce downtime
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) and perform routine maintenance checks
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety regulations
• Support and mentor other warehouse team members as needed
• Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing team

Your Working Environment

We understand that a great job goes beyond the work itself. This is a full-time, onsite role, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a self-starter with at least two years of experience in Inventory and Warehousing or a similar role. You are very organized and feel comfortable operating independently in a supportive environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with international and domestic small parcel and freight shipping
• Experience with shipping documentation procedures
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production-linked warehouse is highly regarded
• Be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects
• A valid forklift licence
• Experience using pallet jacks
• Experience performing routine warehouse equipment safety checks
• Experience following warehouse safety protocols
• Experience with handling and shipping of Dangerous Goods such as 49CFR Hazardous Materials is highly regarded

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
