Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inventory movement, maintain stock levels, and keep a clean, organized warehouse. You will coordinate inbound and outbound materials, verify accuracy, and support continuous improvement in storage layouts and processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of inventory control experience.
• Familiar with inventory scanner systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain the database.
• Issue material to internal and external crews.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets.
• Track and manage inventory with cycle counts.
• Receive and verify incoming inventory.
• Identify and recommend improvements to warehouse layout.
• Communicate shortages to purchasing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
