Job summary

ATX Specialty Foods in Kyle, TX is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for full-time manual labor. The Inventory/Warehouse Associate handles cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, and daily warehouse operations including order picking and loading shipments.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work in refrigerated environments, and be available for overtime as needed. The role requires forklift operation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team

Qualifications

• Forklift and electric pallet jack operation experience.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership qualities.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and/or box truck a plus.
• 2 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn/use computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist inventory analyst with investigating inventory count discrepancies.
• Maintain necessary documentation (logs, etc.).
• Manage product handling and storing to optimize counting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and safety protocols.
• Perform order picking as scheduled or assigned.
• Comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading daily shipments.
• Follow established processes and company policies.
• Be willing to work overtime or evenings/weekends as needed.
