PICS Inventory in Antioch, CA is seeking a Team Leader to join our on-site inventory service crew. You will count merchandise for major retailers, travel within the territory, and support a fast-paced field operation.

The role requires reliability, accuracy, and strong teamwork. Early morning shifts (5 a.m.–7 a.m.) with occasional evenings and weekends, and a centralized meet site. Paid on-the-job training and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Formación

• Previous inventory experience with the ability to manage small and mid-sized inventories as determined by District Management.
• Be a Team player – work well within a team concept.
• Be courteous to the store’s customers and store managers when asked questions.
• Be professional in presentation and demeanor at all times.
• Continual training and development of team members to increase productivity while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop customer satisfaction in all inventories.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Counting inventory for major retailers throughout the area.
• Enter data into a handheld collection device with a handheld scanner.
• Travel with carpool to inventories over 30 miles outside the territory.
• Be on site until job completion (4–8 hours on average).
• Occasional weekend and evening work.
