Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Team Lead in Fairburn, Georgia. This role will lead daily warehouse activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient distribution for Ryder’s US operations.

Formación

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Teams.
• RF scanner experience preferred or required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and assign daily work to teams to optimize shift operations.
• Inspire and guide staff to improve KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and supply tools for employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Prepare and submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
