Responsibilities

• Shipping - pick, package, label orders for fragile electronics; deliver to drop point within the building.
• Receiving - receive, quality audit, and store within SLA.
• Returns - process RMAs for re-inventory, scrap, and re-ship.
• Inventory - maintain inventory by labeling and locating materials and supplies; research movement history.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying against production orders.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment; identify, pull, pack, crate, load and secure product.
• Maintain equipment with pre-use inspections and minor repairs.

Role Summary

Accountable to leading and/or training a group of individuals and meeting or exceeding SLA|KPI expectations. Maintains the effective execution of picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting, and returns.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Shipping - Physically pick, package, label orders of fragile electronics material at the request of the customer. Delivery of picked material to the proper drop point within the building for the customer.
2. Receiving - Physically receive, quality audit, and put away within given SLA expectations.
3. Returns - RMA processing for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment.
4. Inventory - Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory. Researching historical transactions of movement of a given material.
5. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
6. Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
7. Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
8. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
9. Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections, making operator repairs.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
11. Conduct startup meetings, discuss previous days execution and current days' workload.
12. Maintain 5S standards, owner of safety initiatives, and become a subject matter expert (SME) in account.
13. Take on certified trainer role for direct reports in MHE, IB/OB/IC processes, and 5S.
14. Drive an effective continuous improvement project.

Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Provide guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which effect subordinate organization(s).

Skills and Competencies

This is a lead level position. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be forklift certified and have at least 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse distribution environment. Provide the ability to guide and/or lead a group of individuals. Solid communication skills; email, excel SAP, WMS systems.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $27.00 - $27.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
