Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in related fields.
• Or 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
• Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory issues.
• Manage inventory distribution, purchase orders, and supplier relationships to ensure timely product flow.
• Monitor KPIs including On-Time-In-Full delivery and inventory health metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally to align inventory strategies and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Provide leadership by training, mentoring, and developing team members to meet business goals.
